Each unique grief process can not be compared. Remain open and curious about why grief emotions are surfacing.
Be gentle with ourselves.
I encourage the bereaved to be aware when witnessing the act of diminishing one’s grief process. Each unique grief process can not be compared.
For example: 'Everyone deals with grief ' does not make our grief any less. We must mourn our Grief with others in order to heal.
Grief emotions are valid and we need to pay attention to them. Remain open and curious about why these emotions are surfacing.
It important to identify and witness the self critic in you so to temper the negative critiques we pose on ourselves.
Remember to breathe through the negative self sabotaging thoughts that arise.
